As a Conference Producer you will have exciting opportunities to manage and oversee international business events and conferences on your own, from inception to delivery, across a variety of industries.
This work incorporates extensive market research, program production, and the acquisition of first-class, high level speakers from premier companies.

Responsibilities:
- 01Organize the conferences within the established time-frame
- 02Understand the target market, create and plan an engaging conference agenda
- 03Constantly research for potential presentation and workshop topics that are relevant, interesting, leading-edge topics
- 04Contact and invite relevant speakers, influential industry figures that will attract paying delegates, thus ensuring the event success and profitability
- 05Build relationships with industry experts to validate topics, gain more insights about the industry, or to stay networked
- 06The Conference Producer uses mainly the telephone and e-mail to communicate with the speakers and resource persons throughout the production cycle
- 07Liaises with the marketing team to provide the marketing brief and the necessary updates for the marketing campaign
- 08Assists in the logistic planning of the events
- 09Participates at the event to ensure the smooth running of the conference

Requirements for the employee:
Candidates with education suit the position:
- University education (Bachelor's degree)
- University education (Master's degree)

Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- 01Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
- 02Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
- 03Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads
- 04Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- 05Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
- 06Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
- 07Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
- 08Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals
- 09Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- 10Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
- 11Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
Language skills:
English – Upper intermediate (B2)
English – Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills:
- Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
- Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics
- Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form)
- Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and convince
- The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
- Creativity, adaptability and familiar with current marketing trends
- An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics
- A passion and strong understanding of the industry and our business' mission
