ARE YOU INTERESTED IN SALES?

We are looking for enthusiastic, target driven and ambitious candidates to join our international sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Research to identify key decision makers within different industries and countries
  • Lead sourcing and pitching on the phone to effectively attract delegates to our events
  • Meet the target of 60-70 calls per day, 15 pitched potential clients per day
  • Develop and manage your own network of contacts
  • Contact old and new clients, as well as follow-up on brochure requests or other enquires forwarded by the marketing department
  • Use the event’s description, and benefits to develop efficient pitching strategies
  • Build strong, profitable business relationships and ensure sales targets achievement

EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Business acumen and drive to succeed
  • Basic IT literacy in MS Excel, Word, email and internet
  • Professional telephone manner and high communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet targets and use initiative

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Sales or call center experience is a plus
  • No previous experience in a similar position is required

PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS

  • English (Advanced) both written and spoken
  • Understanding of Sales Process
  • Flexible and open
  • Desire to meet and exceed targets
  • Team player with a positive attitude and problem solving ability
  • Enthusiastic and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
